It’s definitely excessive and it was definitely an avoidable situation to begin with. It’s like jumping into the Harambe cage and then saying that it’s necessary to shoot Harambe. But we could just not jump into the Harambe cage. So when I see the officer pulling your traffic stop that didn’t need to happen, and then allowing that traffic stop to de-escalate, I asked why did they make a traffic stop to begin with interfering with that person‘s right to freely travel? Good person or bad person, you shouldn’t have been pulling them over in the first place to ask for constitutional violations in the first place, which are put into place by the state to try and cancel the right of free travel, which is guaranteed by the constitution, in an attempt to make money through forced insurance games that benefit the financial partners of the state, the insurance companies. The politicians and insurance companies share money, and the state makes money from the registration and the traffic tickets. It’s a money making a scheme that the constitution condemns. So when you get into a situation that escalates into something worse, and then you deploy excessive force, I’m first of all going to ask why are you in that dangerous and avoidable and unnecessary and unconstitutional situation in the first place. 100% fail on the Police here. Meanwhile, we have hero cops in New York City, who are on foot tackling bomb, throwing amarus terrorists. And yet you’re wasting your time with a traffic stop. It’s a joke and an embarrassment.

Honestly, it looks like the taser caused him to arch back and pull the trigger. His finger shouldn’t have even been on the trigger but I don’t think he meant to pull it in that moment.
