Good team win last night! Offense came alive behind @DylanHughs1 2 for 2 day at the plate and @parker7pecina was dominant on the mound giving up 0 runs and striking out 8 in 5 innings. 2 more games today for these seniors!

Sitting here watching Arkansas, the #1 team in the country. Their hitters have bought into a 2 strike approach. They put great at bats together by choking up and widening out to put the ball in play! They are bought in to doing it for their teammates.

It’s not just where the ball is that determines whether or not you can advance. It’s also how the ball is caught. When the fielder is moving away from where he has to throw, that’s a window for an extra base. You just have to have the courage to take it.

Note for all high school pitchers who might see this...We do not Throw to get Loose. Prepare your bodies and mind for catch play. You should have a sweat going before ever picking up a ball. Attention to detail will be key if you want to make it far in this game @FlatgroundApp
