I’m going to keep sharing my thoughts on research publications which are fascinating to me in the different domains that I am focused on, hope you find it helpful

Neil F. Johnson studied what happens when AI agents compete for scarce resources and found something counterintuitive: smarter, more diverse AI populations can actually make things worse for everyone when resources are tight.

The crossover point is mathematical and predictable: it happens when opposing tribes that form spontaneously first fit inside available capacity. More AI sophistication isn't automatically better. arxiv.org/pdf/2603.12129

The twist is that some individual agents profit handsomely even as the system crashes around them. Tribe formation helps reduce the chaos when resources are scarce, but makes things slightly worse when resources are abundant.

If it fails and slides back below $75.71, the entire move risks being classified as a false breakout driven purely by geopolitical panic (not really FUD though tbh as the fears are founded and legitimate) rather than sustained structural change. The difference between a supply shock rally and a lasting trend reversal is always revealed on the pullback, never on the spike itself, so just need to wait and be patient as I always say. Those are my thoughts on OIL

The two levels that will determine everything from here are $87.53 as first support and $75.71 as the definitive line in the sand, but it’s hard to be this precise. If price holds > $87.5, this was a real trend reversal and the next target becomes right back to the $110 resistance zone.

WTI Crude Oil just delivered one of the most textbook descending channel breakouts I have seen in recent memory.

None of this is confirmed yet. But the setup is becoming more asymmetric with every failed attempt at 7,000. The time to prepare for a potential rollover is before it happens, not after, that’s why I’m warning everyone and trying to help. Those are my quick thoughts

The longer-term uptrend from mid-2025 remains technically intact for now, but the deterioration happening beneath the surface is hard to ignore. Slightly elevated put/call ratios suggest institutional participants are already hedging for this outcome, I can elaborate more on this
