@BiNoX_Tv @fREQUENCYCS @FPSHEAVEN @CounterStrike In addition to that I've also experienced that when opening the game the it opens it into the black screen, then minimize the game, then going back and fourth between black screen and minimizing the game a couple of times for like 10 sec before finally getting into the game.

You can now use fullscreen windowed while being on 4:3, instantly with no latency penalty. (Windows 11) Big improvement especially for the folks that wait long to alt-tab due to refresh rate.
