個人的な見解ですが、最初に行うべきは権利を持っている出版社に「俺たち正規版が読みたいから翻訳して出版してくれ」とリクエストを出す事でしょう。 要望が大量に来れば、ビジネスになると判断される可能性が高くなります。 海賊版を撲滅するより先に、貴方たちの要望を権利元にぶつけるのです。
