In 1996, a 3-year-old child fell nearly 20 feet into the gorilla pit at Chicago's Brookfield Zoo. As the crowd screamed in panic, an 8-year-old gorilla named Binti approached. She gently held the child in her arms and protected the little one by keeping the other gorillas away. Then, she slowly carried the child to safety. That day, Mommy Binti saved a little innocent's life!

@clockending Sorry you feel that way bud. Hopefully you can get over it and collectively celebrate a title 22 years in waiting come May - it’s what all Arsenal fans of every generation want! 🙏

‘96, how convenient, just as Arsene joined and the modern success started. Try sitting watching Arsenal 81-88 videos then come back to me.
Paddy@Block13Paddy

@clockending Not entitled, and we don’t have to agree…my first game was back in ‘96 so I’m no young pup. I don’t agree with toying with a final that’s all, but it’s gone now…we’ll go on and win this league and that’s mostly on Mikel - he’s gonna be a legend at AFC. Let’s get behind the team

@afc_richard @hindsy23 Madness to want to finish 2nd due to any shenanigans we literally have no control over. Win the league by hook or by crook (that’s a familiar thing for City) and enjoy the parade. It’s way too draining watching the games these days. Just win and enjoy 🙏

I see this as entitled I’m afraid, we don’t have to agree. Form is temporary but class is permanent and Arteta is class
Paddy@Block13Paddy

@clockending Mostly agree. Arteta’s first job has lasted 6 years tho so when you start rewarding/prioritising loyalty over a trophy, I stop at that point. Nonetheless, we will win this Premier League…no doubt. My concern is this final we’ve just lost sets a precedent for any future finals..

OK Gooners, I realise for many of you, especially the younger of you, today will have been a tough day. I am old enough now to have learned to compartmentalise the losses, especially the many League Cups I have seen us lose. None of this is made easier by seeing the small % of morons abusing our manager and players but let’s focus on ‘us’, the real fans, and our team. Here are some words of comfort for you. Yesterday was a bad day at the office when we needed a good one. Odegaard, Merino and Eze out did not help as we lacked any flow in midfield. Havertz, as we know is not a midfielder. Kepa was a huge mistake, hindsight is a powerful thing, City played their number 2 but ours let us down. He sucked the energy out of the game and handed them the first goal. We all need to realise how lucky we are to have Reya, he controls the game and we should use this to let him know how we feel. Hincapie was not the right call. He is solid but Califiori gives us tempo which is badly needed. If we were asked which of the 4 competitions we were in, which we would give away, this Carabao Cup would be it. We can use this disappointment to abuse each other and the team, or to allow them to learn and go again. Most of these players are just kids, the pressure on them to deliver to our fan base is enormous and they will only fail if we fail as supporters. I urge you all to put it behind you and, like our team, refocus on the amazing opportunity we have for glory this season. Apart from the moronic rival fan banter and TalkSport, there is nothing we need to hide from. Let our success be their downfall, their constant abuse shows we are a team to be reckoned with. Finally, please remember this is Mikel’s first job. He has brought this club from a place of despair to serious contenders, without him we could easily do a Newcastle or even worse a Spurs. The majority of football fans go a lifetime without ever winning anything. Football is about supporting your club, NOT demanding success. I for one will back my team no matter what happens, deep down I know success is coming and that is all that matters. Arsenal till I die. Peace out ✌️ #COYG

@DarrenArsenal1 Still wouldn’t be mathmatically possible. Arsenal would be on 76, and with 5 games left to play, Man City could still reach 76 and pip us on goal difference. My worry is if they do lose at Chelsea, and we win at Etihad, the title may then be decided when we arn’t even playing

@AngusMoorat Half annoying to be honest, but if the club feel it worked then give yourselves a pat on the back - managed to finally get some food in Cologne around midday from an 8am flight. Won’t complain about that though
