🔴In Duhok, Kurdistan the Turkish Visa Center replaces its sign, again excluding Kurdish language. Only Turkish & Arabic. This ignores Iraq’s constitution and disrespects the host city. The same sign was torn down by protesters in January during attacks on Rojavayê Kurdistanê.
