I think I'm finally able to enjoy Belgian-style Wit after judging our comp last week 😂
This is surely the UK's best example of the style? Pillowy soft at the start but builds to a satisfying herbal crescendo over the palate with orange notes to refresh before the crisp finish.

Was gutted to be driving when I came down to brew, so we came back! Lovely couple of hours spent hanging out at the @UnBarredBrewery tap room. Absolutely top service and I would happily bathe in their Casual Pale. Here's a photo of some Unitanks and my new hair cut 😆
