@SkintDad We run live wrestling events, somehow in our industry, pricing is the same as 15 years ago. Costs however, very different story.

Live music isn’t dead. Normal people just can’t afford it anymore. Harry Styles is doing 12 nights at Wembley. Record-breaking. Over a million people. Fair play. But the price of getting through the door is mad. Tickets from £44 up to £466. Then trains. Or fuel. Food. Maybe a hotel. Maybe time off work. I’d love to take my daughter. It’s not really my thing, but she’d love it and that should be enough. Loads of parents feel exactly the same. The reality for many is simple. Unless it goes on a credit card. Or worse. It’s not happening. And I’m not doing that for a night out, no matter how special it would be. So people sit it out. Not because they don’t care. Because life already costs enough. Tours hitting fewer cities makes it worse. If it’s not local, the costs stack up fast and you’re out before you’ve even started. Live music used to feel reachable for normal families. Now it feels like another experience quietly slipping away. Has it gone too far?

@cosmic_marvel @MatthewCoutts6 Remember buying tickets to Jurassic Park just from a teaser which showed no actual film footage (just a scene shot for marketing). Current trailers are aimed at those who need to know 99% of the film to make a decision to go and see it. Spoils it for the rest of us.

Dec 2013 - Officially, the 1st Bombshells match. A debut show planned for March 2014 fell through after the venue decided that it wouldn't host women's wrestling. @forecastdesign produced the amazing photography & artwork. Think it's time we try again.

#Wrestlicious would have smashed it in the streaming era. Was probably 10 years too early. Some great talent involved. Did anyone watch it?

@pencilledin_Nik Absolutely 🙌 Have to admit, there's so many female talents, particularly in the North, who are taking a break, injured or have stepped away completely in recent years. Considering how taxing and toxic wrestling can be that isn't surprising!
