How Concentrated Liquidity boosts capital efficiency? Legacy AMMs spread liquidity from 0 to ∞. Most of it sits idle. Fees are rare. Impermanent loss eats into yield. CL AMMs change the design. Liquidity is placed only inside chosen price ranges. Same capital creates deeper pools, tighter spreads, more trades, more fees. Example: $1,000 in ETH/USDC • In Legacy AMM only a few dollars actually support the $2,500–$3,000 band. At $10M daily volume and 0.3% fee, that LP earns only cents. • In CL AMM the full $1,000 is active in that band, equal to millions in Legacy AMM. At the same volume, the LP can earn tens of dollars — because all capital works where trades happen. Outside the range, positions pause. Fees stop, but IL does not grow. And remember: Every position strengthens the Core.
