Thanks to @CarlingfordCCRO who has been taking first and second year students this week for rugby during P.E lessons. The lessons provide an additional challenge to the students as they are asked to wear goggles which gives students the insight into having a visual impairment.

Congratulations to Lisa Conlon who came first place in the Leinster Senior 1500m race last Wednesday. Lisa will represent Leinster in the All-Ireland championships on 1st June in Tullamore This is a brilliant achievement, and the school wish her the very best in the All-Irelands

Congratulations to the students who have completed all areas of the Gaisce award recently. . This is a photo of some of the students who set off from the school last Friday and walked to Omeath and back (25km!!) as part of their adventure walk.

On Thursday April 18th the TY Ag. Science class made the short trip to Boher to visit Muchgrange Milk. Students were welcomed by past pupil and current UCD Agricultural Science student Michael John Hanlon who took the students on a tour of the farm.

2/3 Accompanied by Ms. McDonnell and Ms. Crowley, the students explored the Rediscovery Centre with Arran Murphy as their guide, learning about sustainability initiatives.  The workshop taught them how to make eco-friendly designs and understand sustainable fashion better.

1/2Transition Year students visited DCU on Thursday May 2nd 2024. Students had the opportunity to attend numerous talks and to partake in a campus tour of the Glasnevin Campus. This event was the third campus tour that TY students had an opportunity to attend this academic year

1/? Huge congratulations to the 30 Bush students who took part in the North Leinster Athletics championships. Students competed in various events over a two-day period in Morton stadium, Santry, Dublin. The students had been working hard after school every Thursday in preparation
