We would like to publicly address this. We are confident that we can provide valuable infrastructure to the ecosystem under the current community management.
However, we remain open to collaborating with other ecosystem projects if the DAO community agrees. Our primary passion is to ensure that this orderbook becomes a valuable amenity and service to the #Polkadot ecosystem.

(We have the tools to take advantage of this) Objective and Solution: Leverage the extremely low cost of managing trading pairs token listings on the polkadex orderbook to attract projects and their users to the polkadot ecosystem I propose a $12.8 million treasury grant for @AcalaNetwork or @hydration_net's acquisition of the @polkadex Orderbook to create a compelling migration package for projects on #Ethereum and other legacy L1 networks, utilizing #Hydration's enhanced capabilities and the #Polkadex orderbook as primary attractions By creating an incentive package that offers straightforward and cost-effective decentralized exchange order book listings, projects on #Ethereum and other legacy Layer 1 chains could manage to migrate to Polkadot with the assurance that they have a method to list their coins on the Polkadex orderbook, thus attracting their communities and users to us. (Projects market making cost estimated to be less than $1,000 a month per trading pair, very overhead friendly for small projects) Grant Allocation: 1. Technical Integration (15%): $1.92 million - Integrate Polkadex orderbook with Hydration or #Acala - Develop seamless migration tools for incoming projects 2. Marketing Campaign (35%): $4.48 million - Targeted advertising on crypto platforms and social media - Educational content on Polkadot's advantages - Partnerships with crypto influencers and media outlets 3. Project Migration Incentives (50%): $6.4 million - Orderbook listing support for qualifying projects - Selective AMM liquidity assistance - Technical support for cross-chain migration Key Features: 1. Efficient Market Making: Orderbook maintenance is approximately 400% more efficient than AMM pools, offering significant cost savings for projects. 2. Comprehensive DEX Solution: Combined orderbook and AMM functionality provides flexibility for various trading strategies. 3. Streamlined Migration Process: Dedicated support team to assist projects in transitioning to Polkadot. 4. Liquidity Incentives: Tailored liquidity packages for qualifying projects, including potential AMM support. Expected Outcomes: 1. Significant increase in projects migrating from Ethereum and other L1s to Polkadot 2. Growth in Total Value Locked (TVL) and daily active users on Polkadot 3. Establishment of Polkadot as the premier destination for evolving blockchain projects Implementation Strategy: 1. Launch marketing campaign targeting Ethereum and legacy L1 communities 2. Offer personalized migration consultations for interested projects 3. Provide tiered incentive packages based on project size and potential impact 4. Facilitate smooth transitions with technical support and community integration By offering a robust and inexpensive orderbook solution through Hydration or Acala, combined with targeted incentives and marketing, we aim to attract established projects seeking improved efficiency and scalability. This initiative will not only grow Polkadot's ecosystem but also demonstrate its superiority as a next-generation #blockchain platform.
