@CBDUAE No one contacted my registered email . Above calculation for charging interest is fair and adopted by all the banks in UAE . I have made the mini ammount before the due date . And paid all the principal ammount after 4 days . And I am charged 4000. 3.85% pm. 4 days late only 533

@CBDUAE Credit card ending 3337 has been charged 4000 for 4 days delay .full payment back to cbd . Mini paid before due date . @3.85% per month do u thing it should be correct . Can anyone please help to raise the complaint as the staff keep on sending to new procedures even cal

Even though i had multiple transactions from my account but in the end of the month if i am not maintaining 5000 AED, you guys deduct 105 AED. I have called the customer service too but they didn’t help at all @CBDUAE .Atleast for your long term customer you should wave off this

I really don understand why the bank is charging minimum account balance fees every month, even though i have my bank account since 2023 plus credit card from the same bank. Here i am talking about my personal experience with the commercial bank of dubai @CBDUAE

@CBDUAE very bad service in terms of recall of the transaction, by mistake i have transferred the amount to some other account on 25th march’2026 till today they were clueless and tday when i calld up the cstmr cre they asking me to call e& money corporate to check the status

I had a disappointing experience with Commercial Bank of Dubai. A normal transaction was treated as a cash advance without clear warning, and I was charged extra fees. My request for waiver was rejected. Requesting support from Central Bank of the UAE to review this case.
