@AC_Jayz No, not with this stuff. Just eliminate them. The “moderation is key” phrase is such a lazy excuse to allow yourself to “cheat.” It does your body no good. Or your mind. Eliminate them altogether and you won’t even have the cravings after awhile.

Some might not wanna hear this but stop eating & drinking crap with chemicals in them. Fizzy drinks, energy drinks, processed food, etc, they’re all addictive and just tryna make you sick in the short term & especially long term. They do NOTHING positive for you.

I feel like there’s a lot of over reaction to losing Lewis Hall. Sometimes you lose your best talents, look at City with Lavia. If you can’t offer them a path into the first team, it’s better for them to leave. You can’t keep every talent at the club unfortunately.
