This is exactly what the guidelines are about...transplant as a part of the treatments that you may need...50% maybe start a conversation in a deeper way and proceed to assessment if risk factors present #tocf

@torontoadultcf Improvement in the Physio workouts would be awesome to see! The workouts are repetitive and not specific to each patients and their abilities! Especially after surgery; prepping a young CF to get back to life is different than much older patients with COPD, PF, etc. #TOCF
