🚨 Bloomberg just called SpaceX a "trillion-dollar meme stock." Nearly 1 MILLION call options traded in a single day. SpaceX added hundreds of billions in value while the broader market dumped. Only 7.5% of shares actually trade publicly. This is starting to look like peak bubble behavior.

When you realize you're wasting time observing every candle, you realize one thing: you've not only wasted your time, but also your nerves and emotions. Two great resources that could be used for better purposes. Besides, you're exposing yourself to the possibility that your brain will sabotage your trading, causing you to move your SL, close too quickly, or, on a wave of emotion, enter into reversal trading.

The chart addiction usually starts after the entry. Before the entry you feel prepared. You have the level, the setup, the stop, the idea. Then you enter and suddenly every candle feels personal. You refresh. Zoom in. Zoom out. Check the 1m. Check the 5m. Start negotiating with a trade you already agreed to take. That is where a decent trade turns into emotional labor. The fix is boring, which is why traders avoid it. Ask yourself: what is the worst outcome now? If the answer is -1R, accept it. If the answer is breakeven, accept it. If the answer is getting stopped in profit, accept it. Once the worst case is known, the chart loses its leverage over you. That is the part people miss. You are not waiting for certainty. You are waiting for your next management decision. Until then, leave it alone. #StoicEdge 👑

Funny thing about trading: You can pass a challenge in 3 days. Or it can take 2 months. Doing exactly the same thing. The difference isn't discipline. It's opportunity.

@jtrader The best loser win. It all starts with difficulty accepting a loss. Moving your SL, revenge trading after a loss, increasing your lot size to recoup the loss. If you can accept a loss, understand that it's inevitable, and understand how to avoid blowing your account.

Every blown account was once a small loss someone refused to take. Protect your capital.

Trading is weird. You spend years learning how to make money. Then you realize the real challenge is learning how not to lose your mind.

Feels like everyone's getting bullish at exactly the wrong time.
