The California Legislative Progressive Caucus are fighters and changemakers working to uplift every Californian. At our recent policy conference, we rolled up our sleeves to sharpen our agenda and push forward real solutions that put people first.

The California Legislative Progressive Caucus has been hard at work crafting policies that uplift all Californians. We recently hosted our policy conference focused on helping every Californian thrive and getting to work despite the chaos in Washington.

Some of the largest corporations in the world are using a loophole to avoid paying money they already owe to California. It’s time to tax corporations, pass AB 1760, and ensure we can put more of these corporate tax dollars back into the hands of working people.

3 billion dollars is how much money California would receive if we close the Water’s Edge corporate tax loophole. Assemblymember Connolly is leading the fight with his bill to close this loophole and ensure corporations pay their fair share. It’s time to pass this bill now!
