Give backyard all the hate you want but I bet very few here can say they have donated hundreds of thousands to charity. respect.

Kids can come in our store and buy 2 packs for 20 bucks and get a guaranteed auto, patch or numbered card. It’s not all doom and gloom. Some shops are doing it for their community, some are doing it for $$. Speak with your $ by supporting the community minded shops. Hint: not cardshq, or brady card vaults or breakers that wipe their asses with hundreds🤷‍♂️

@MrKdub Its over.. Its over for kids, for average guys..we all just piss our money away hoping to find "the hit" Base for kids is all that is left. Even colelcting your own guy is grossly expensive. All of these cards will be worth 1% of their current value in 20 years. Hobby is busted.

I know there will always be a space for average collectors in the sports card hobby, but the more things like this that come out, makes me realize that space is continuing to shrink. 😔 #TheHobby

@CardboardLCS @CardPurchaser Absolutely. There's nothing different between the two in terms of production cost. And yes I understand the popularity aspect but doesn't mean a hobby box can't be $150-200. Hell you could triple the price of Nascar and it'd still be affordable for the common collector

2025 @Topps Chrome Basketball Scam use @EQLofficial on preorder to make things look fair, next to no sealed case wins, people hit loose boxes to make it “appear” fair load up shops/breakers with cases release more product at almost 100% markup and not have much left but more loose boxes on release date because EQL “looked” fair, people won’t complain about lack of stock and price increases on drop day release had it been FCFS with shopify bot protection more people would have touched product and they wouldn’t have had to be able to jack price up absolutely gross and so you understand, EQL itself is very fair, topps just releases a fraction of the product it does on a FCFS release gross man, gross
