Potholes and any other recession (like a deep manhole cover) where the car just goes right theough/over when all it needs to do is jog slightly to the left or right to avoid. It’s so bad that now I rarely use FSD when driving in the city.
However, FSD on the highway is amazing and functions well 99.7% of the time. Occasionally it’ll be about to slowly pass another car and then suddenly jerks back over to the right lane.
I also wish there was a “stay in left (or right) lane” selection feature when driving in heavy traffic. I have to take it out of FSD on one spot because a major merge comes from another interstate and the far left lane is the best to avoid the merging traffic and FSD always wants to get in the middle or right lane which snarls things even worse.

Stroke of genius - Elon should offer to and try to pay the $6 million ransom for Nancy Guthrie. Best positive publicity he could ever ask for only $6 million.
Every news outlet would be forced to cover his generous offer. Pass it on.

Ok. I know the world was on the edge of their seat. I’m excited to let everyone know that my new Model Y, which I took physical delivery on 1/11/26 was finally officially “delivered” in my Tesla App today 1/22/26.
As a major Tesla shareholder, we gotta do better than 11 days…😔

Maybe Elon can also offer a Cybertruck to a Tesla IT employee that can fix (apparently an ongoing issue according to Grok) problems that occur for customers who buy a new Tesla and then have issues with the delivery process. That’s what happened to me on 1/13/26 when I went to pick up my new Model Y. It took two hours for the Tesla dealership staff to give up and give me a key card because the system froze and wouldn't let me complete the delivery process. Same issue today - car shows in my Tesla app and says “your vehicle has arrived at delivery center” yet it's actually sitting in my driveway. No phone/watch entry, no climate conditioning, but most importantly no supercharging. I bought the car as a work vehicle for interstate traveling and without supercharging it's simply a lawn ornament. Maybe the most disappointing thing is the dealer staff said they’d call me by today (Friday, 1/16) with an update and you guessed it - crickets. 😔

Elon Musk told an @xAI employee that he'd get a free Cybertruck if he could get a training run going within 24 hrs.

Please help (regarding RN126751033)! Took delivery of my new Model Y in Savannah, GA on Jan 13, 2026—told at the Tesla dealership that IT issues would resolve by today (Jan 16) & someone would follow up. No call, app still shows "arrived at delivery center" while it's in my Charleston, SC driveway. Can drive w/ key card but NO Supercharging, crippling my work travel across NC/SC. And finally, as my friend and I were trying to figure out why FSD wouldn’t engage, she stopped in her car on the way home and spent more time showing us how to do (we didn't have our seat belts buckled).
All told, a frustrating delivery process but Katherine was great.

I do want to express a sincere thanks to Katherine who worked well after closing time at 6 to walk me through the car.
She also prepared a goody bag of chips for the ride back to Charleston since we missed dinner.

Ultimately, the Tesla App would not let me finish the delivery process so I had to use the key cards to drive the car home without pairing to my phone for access.
I was not the only customer that had issues taking delivery and I heard it “had been happening a lot lately.”

Though the situation at Tesla Savannah did not resolve tonight due to internal software issues, I will say I felt the staff, Ty and Katherine (especially) did their best to get me into the new Model Y quickly.

Ok. So they got the $10 worked out but now my Tesla App, will not let me access the new documents to sign.
It’s 6:06 PM and a “15-minute” delivery is getting close to 2 hours. And we still have to drive 2.5 hours back to Charleston, SC.

Luckily, this is my second Tesla (love my 2014 Model S).
BUT if I were a new to Tesla customer, I’d be tempted to run for the hills.

And Tesla cannot accept cash or credit/debit payment for the $10.
BTW, no one at the dealership can explain why the $10 is owed.
So here I sit while the third call goes into the Atlanta dealership asking for help.

OMG this is crazy and quite disappointing!
Sitting at the Tesla Savannah dealership right now and cannot take scheduled delivery of my new Model Y.
Why (pun intended)? Because even though I had already wired the $5k down payment for financing, the Tesla app says I owe $10.

If ever get the chance, and if you’re a believer, you must make a pilgrimage to the Fremont CA “birthplace” of modern day Tesla.
