He will definitely go to prison for Theft By Deception. It’s not about his businesses. It’s about him perpetuating a lie that he worked for the NSA and that he is on regular calls with Ezra Cohen Watnick so he can milk his followers for every last dime.
You can’t lie to ppl or allow a lie to continue with people you are in a fiduciary relationship with.
He committed all of these crimes while on probation for the very same type of deception/financial-based crimes.
Also, his fraudulent GSG fundraisers, perjury, & so much more.
Just look at his past history with finances. He absolutely IS stupid. And arrogant. And he believes he is above the law.
And since he’s raked in millions off of his deception, his penalties will be exponentially higher.
How about him acting as a lender and offering mortgages to ppl after he had his brokers/RE license suspended? And he has these ppl paying him monthly for homes they could never afford due to crappy credit.
He also will get nailed for his Trump Bucks involvement and he openly admitted on a livestream that he edits the ad copy himself.
Not only is he dumb enough to commit all these crimes, he films himself and spreads it all over the internet.
