Elon Musk is now worth $1 trillion. Nigeria wants to become a $1 trillion economy by 2030. One man. One country. Same number. Think about that.

@HAHayatu I should express my disappointment to what these Men have done to us. With 210 missing, and looted, I begin to imagine what it might have been, living peacefully, as comfortably in Nigeria. Honestly, each and everyone involved in these mess should be ashamed of themselves

@MasterBolaji @Big_marvis Nah brother, VDM said the pure truth. As much as I support the Government and their policies, we must also speak the truth. Truly what is the gain of a truthful Civil servant that worked 35years when their gratuity is not up to the Monthly take-home of a Senator.

VDM stood right in front of the army and police blocking the Ministry of Defence and told them the truth they didn’t want to hear. He said: “After 35 years of service, there will be nothing to show for it. You have a gvn that you cannot use to protect your own family but you are using it to protect this terrible government. They travel by flight but you travel by road because you cannot afford it.” He wasn’t talking to the enemy. He was speaking directly to the soldiers and officers themselves. That’s what makes this different. He didn’t just confront the system... he reminded the men holding the gvns that they too are victims of the same system they are protecting. The real problem is not the men in uniform. It’s the system that puts gvns in their hands and turns them against their own people. To the men in uniform, there is still time to wake up. Because one day the uniform will be gone, the salary will stop, and you will return to your villages to face the same poverty, the same bandits, and the same insecurity you were used to shield others from. That day, you will remember this moment and ask why you didn’t do the right thing while you had the chance. What do you think about this?

₦210 trillion. Not ₦210 million. Not ₦210 billion. ₦210,000,000,000,000. Imagine the roads, schools, hospitals, power projects, businesses, and jobs that amount could create. When public funds are mismanaged or embezzled, the real victims are ordinary citizens. 😑😠😤

A Black Friday for Troops of Op HadinKai as 5 soldiers fell in the line of duty defending their outpost from a large terrorists attack. 3 CJTF members also paid the supreme price. May their souls rest in peace Amen🕯️🇳🇬. Death To all Terrorists.

@Effiongsbaby @IfeDada2 You can't tell me as a child to such a parent', you didn't discern on the levels at which to be cautious as not to stain the family name, and when you act based on your own being. "What will people say is about the name" - it's far more precious than riches

@VictorManjul In the eyes of the children scavenging for spent bullet shells, I see a longing to grow up, to one day have their own field day holding rifles and proudly displaying them. My fear is not the shells they collect today, but what they may come to represent in the children's future.?

How I’d build a portfolio that pays me like a salary, with ₦2 million: → ₦500,000: Zenith Bank → ₦400,000: GTCO → ₦400,000: Seplat (pays quarterly) → ₦350,000: Presco → ₦350,000: Dangote Cement Banks and agro pay interim and final dividends, so money keeps landing through the year. Build it once. Get paid for life. Not advice. DYOR.

Investment houses, banks, insurance, etc, are required to have a minimum capital requirement & they're highly regulated. Even cooperative societies are regulated by state governments. They ensure that your money, contributions or investments are safe & secure. Who regulates the local Ajo that you do? What securities or guarantees do you have? What interests does your contribution yield? If you say that you want to contribute because you plan to use the bulk to pay rent, school fees, etc., what stops you from contributing or keeping that money in a bank? After all, is it not what you put in that you'll eventually collect? One can excuse you if you're not exposed, educated, or enlightened. And it's common amongst elderly people. But for young people to say that they're participating in Ajo, for me, it's a poor financial decision or poor management. If one of the contributors suddenly dies or moves to another country, what would you do? End.

Now now, Peter Obi donated another N10 million Naira for the rebuilding of a nursery school destroyed by fire. You see why we rate Atiku ahead of that Agulu trader in politics... Atiku doesn't have time for all these stupid educational interventions. But when you meets him in party primaries, he'll beat the person to stupor. Instead of building a structure for party politics, Obi is busy squandering money on public health, education and empowerment. Rubbish.
