🧠 AI & Machine Learning @ChatGPTapp @OpenAI – Have this open all the time, but custom GPTs are where the real magic happens. I’ve created assistants for taking my thought bubble, and turning it into something. All trained on my style. @perplexity_ai – AI-powered search engine for quick, reliable answers. My agents use it to tackle my random questions. 🎭 Content & Media Creation @HeyGen_Official Realistic AI video, short and long. It is perfect with ElevenLabs for audio. In other news, I started a TikTok that uses HeyGen to convert my reems of documents, notes and other things into bitesized shorts. @elevenlabs High-quality AI voiceovers, train with your voice and you get high quality voice overs. I love it and audio it outputs is so good. So good in fact I was able to get around some bank security using it. A story for another day.

🔗 Automation & Integrations 8. Bolt.new – AI coding platform for quick MVPs. Prompt, edit, deploy, all in-browser – build an app in 15 mins. I love it, I have been using it for about 5 months and built 30-40 apps. From ones I am making money from - down to just random ideas I have or even chrome extensions to do something I need. I also use this with @supabase and just recently with @expo to make an iOS / Android app. 9. @zapier – My staple for years. As a certified expert (now partner @wadefoster ) I use this a lot and it is what I use for most of my clients as well. Now with Tables, Interfaces, and Agents, Canvas. Zapier is a full automation system. Where you can build a full MVP without having to string together tools like we use to do back in the day of @akanyetext 10. @Replit – Great for fast web apps and collaborative coding – ideal for real-time work with others. I sometimes switch from Bolt.New to using Replit but Replit was the first tool I used. It has had a lot of updates recently, I should go back to try it more often. 11. @airtable When Excel can’t cut it, Airtable steps up. My AI Coffee Tool is built here, interfaces, automation, plus way more.

My last post was July 2019, and my good friend @matt_whiteoak (he will hate that I tagged him) said to start sharing more of what tools I am using and how I am using them. He said "build in public", and he has a habit of being right a lot of the time. So here we go.... I operate an Automation Agency, and I test a lot of new software and tools. Sometimes because clients are using them, and other times just out of curiosity. Every new tool sparks fresh solutions for our clients at That Automation Agency. We build efficient processes, streamlined workflows, and even micro software to tackle their toughest challenges. They now count on us to find ways to implement the latest technology. From turning their stock photos into AI Videos or even creation of AI Models to wear their brand. Over the last 6 months I have dived deep into a lot of tools and here are the ones I keep using. They have earned a spot in my Chrome Auto complete.

Ordered a pair of allbirds on the weekend to see as a sneakerhead if they’re actually as comfortable as people say. Turns out one of the founders is a 🥝, cool fact.

@MikeBoyd @ThatStartupCo @codewithoutcode @zapier The Most common situation is that they have heard of a tool and they want to use it to automate their business. They have tried themselves, but beyond what they are able to do. quite often the automations fall into things you mentioned. Just don’t know how or what tools to use

@MikeBoyd @ThatStartupCo @codewithoutcode @zapier Yeah that is a different take on it. Potentially a different market to where we are but our team has also done that. it tends to come after the “automation” at least for the customers who we current serve.

I was digging into a couple DTC toilet paper brands, but honestly the market view and positions in the space got me hype. So here are my thoughts on: 💰 the $31B US toilet paper industry 📨 a few DTC brands 🌲 sustainability as a brand identity 🏪 a couple retail incumbents
