I still don’t understand why Nigerians are obsessed with adding B. Sc, M. Sc, PhD, ACCA, FCA, MCIPM and countless letters before or after their names. A country where insecurity is rising. Poverty is deepening. Hunger is everywhere. Electricity is unreliable. Schools are failing. Hospitals are struggling. Yet our biggest obsession seems to be titles. A society that worships credentials more than outcomes will keep producing people who look qualified on paper but cannot solve real problems. The countries leading the world are not led by title collectors. They are led by problem solvers. Nigeria has no shortage of certificates. Nigeria has a shortage of real solutions.

I senior this woman by at least 3 years. Back then, she used to greet me first and call me "Brother." Now she's married with three kids and the last time we met, she was expecting ME to greet HER first. 😂🤔 Marriage promotion reaches this level?

If your wife is still asking you for money to buy her sanitary pads, airtime or to make her hair, you're not a kind husband. You should be ashamed of yourself. To avoid this, you must always give your wife separate money from what you give her as monthly upkeep for the home. So that you can justifiably rebuke her if she asks you for money for those basic female things. It doesn't matter if she's working. She's your wife. Give your wife money, even if she's making her own money. End.

God wants us to always remember Him. When those prayers are answered, you do not need a reminder to be thankful. Say thank you to Him on your own volition;do not wait to be pushed. "Oh God,I remember when I desperately prayed for X and you gave me...thank you,I do not forget" The thought of it alone makes the difference. X can come with a fat cow to thank God with the wrong mindset and it will not be accepted but Y in his house,amongst the fowls he has says "God I will give you my biggest fowl for what you have done" and God accepts it even when he has not physically presented it. Even if that fowl dies before he physically presents it, God has already accepted that sacrifice. It makes Him happy that we remember Him at all times. He smiles on us and we are blessed even more.

As a Nigerian, how do you feel when someone calls you by your full name? 😂

There's a cleaner at my workplace who does his job with so much dedication, it caught my attention. One day we got talking. Guy is a graduate. Engineering. Married. Speaks well. Earns ₦50k a month. Life just happened to him. I gave him some money to support his family, helped him fix his CV, and told him to start applying. "You can still bounce back", I said. He thanked me and that was that. Fast forward to this month. I'm on a project and we've been waiting on a supervisor to approve our draft before we can move to execution. That approval alone could take 3 days minimum. The supervisor walked in. It was him. The moment he saw me, his face changed. He walked straight to me, extended his hand, and held it longer than a normal handshake. He was smiling but you could see it was more than that. He gave a slight bow and said, "Bros, Thank you very much. I no forget wetin you do for me." He went through everything that same day and approved it before close of work. What was supposed to take 3 days took one day. Be kind to people. You don't know who holds the door you'll need tomorrow. And never look down on anyone, life turns fast. Above all, love God.

Many people do not want a God of love. They want a god of permission. They want a god who never says no, never judges sin, and never calls for repentance. But God's love is holy. He corrects, transforms, and calls us to follow Christ. A god of permission cannot save.
