They did put up scaffolding, with no notice, to block all natural light and in one more week will start paying penalties to the scaffold company if they leave it up. I would say utterly incompetent

It's now been over 5 months, and tomorrow I had arranged for some time off with the tenant to be in for another fantasy @Lambeth_council surveyor visit. For at least the 4th time now the visit has been cancelled. @dannyadilypour what is going on? Is it incompetence, poor management, corruption or what? And when are heads going to roll? As well as the flooding, the family has been without heating and hot water now for 11 weeks! @Kwajotweneboa @sianberry @clairekholland @RSHEngland @HousingOmbuds @PeoplesAudit @BBCLondonNews

@ShinyShep Yep I have been through Southwark Major Works 4 times! It’s hell. Now I’m in Lambeth I actually think it’s worse and I know that doesn’t sound possible but Lambeth Council is a failed institution. Nothing works any more, it’s dire. And what are the MPs and Claire Holland doing??

@ShinyShep At least Southwark do Major Works. Lambeth don’t do any repairs, the level of incompetence and dishonesty is mind boggling. It infuriates me seeing Florence Eshalomi and Claire Holland with their second jobs when Lambeth is in such a dire state.

@lambeth_council @Kwajotweneboa They already have all the details of this case and are doing NOTHING. They should all be fired and hire some people who are competent. Outstanding since 2018 and that’s just the re-pointing. The rest of the work required to my neighbours flat is outstanding since 2014!!
