Major issue with @ClubMarriott app. It’s very buggy. The vouchers and certificates keep disappearing and then one has to call and follow up. Purchase the membership at your own risk. @JWMarriottBLR

@ClubMarriott Feedback, there is very unprofessional behaviour from one of your employees called Gaurav Awana. There was a meeting today and he has not provided the free voucher which was committed and ran away by saying that the server is down. Pls look into this.

CIOs around the world need to understand that there is reduced attention span and inability of humans to remember 100s of passwords. I dont need military grade security for a hotel membership.
