Really horrible experience, after paying for the membership approximately 20k inr, membership was showing till 2026 dec, then 2026 feb and now it says expired! I really feel cheated now!!

Becoming so so specific to get the value of the offer is next to impossible. So, Club marriott is big no for purchase.

Voucher for 50% for Pune is valid only in 1 restaurant of JW Marriott on tuesday, out of 10 Marriott properties in Pune. What's the point for 11,500 Rs membership if it has 0% value.

Major issue with @ClubMarriott app. It’s very buggy. The vouchers and certificates keep disappearing and then one has to call and follow up. Purchase the membership at your own risk.

@ClubMarriott Feedback, there is very unprofessional behaviour from one of your employees called Gaurav Awana. There was a meeting today and he has not provided the free voucher which was committed and ran away by saying that the server is down. Pls look into this.

@ClubMarriott the app keeps pinging me with notifications but it never opens. Keeps circling back to login. CIOs around the world need to understand that there is reduced attention span and inability of humans to remember 100s of passwords. I dont need military grade security for a hotel membership.

@ClubMarriott @MarriottBonvoy Marriott has worst service. I opted for membership in le Meridien Gurgaon and raised a complaint with them on 13th Feb regarding mistakenly redemption of complimentry dinner by my end. Now I am calling them daily and no service is being provided.
