Every time you follow through when it’s inconvenient, you add another rep. The real separator is doing the work when motivation disappears. That’s where identity is truly formed, you find out who you are, not in the spotlight, but in the resistance. 📌 Discipline is doing what matters most when you least feel like acting on it. If you only rely on consistency in good times, it becomes a crutch. If you train it in hard times, it becomes a competitive advantage. Champions aren’t determined by flashes of greatness, but by how RARELY they drift below their standard of success. They don’t use the consistency muscle in a reactionary way, instead they train it daily so the habit of success has somewhere to live. 🏠
