After Dominion Voting Systems agreed to DISMISS its $1.3 BILLION lawsuit against @realMikeLindell and @MyPillowUSA with prejudice, @PatrickByrne says the outcome is exactly what he expected.
"It was a bluff lawsuit. These lawsuits have all been bluffs. These people know that our defense - that we were telling the truth - wins."
Byrne compared Dominion's legal strategy to a poker player pretending to hold a winning hand.
"They talked like they had a winning hand... then they got to the courthouse steps and folded."
He called the dismissal a "total victory" for Lindell, pointing out that Dominion received no retraction.
"After five years of headlines... they laid their cards down."
