This is incredibly soft. My roster wakes up and immediately has to write a 500 word essay on why I'm the greatest manager in esports. After that, we have a meeting where we sit and I gaslight them about their missing salary for 3-3.5 hours. We then skip lunch to build character. After 6 praccs, everyone does whatever they want. You can cry, you can work a night shift at Wendy's to afford a new mousepad, whatever you're in the mood for.
