One of the most intelligent coaches in the league on the “hot seat” for some fans because he hasn’t won a playoff game for an organization that always fails to go further than the first round of the playoffs already.
Kevin O’Connell is brilliant. I don’t care if he doesn’t win a playoff game this year, the dude has the ability to change this franchise from being pathetic into a legit threat. Give him one single, consistent, legit QB for more than 2 season straight to BUILD something.
