@ColgateUK Can you buy Total Original anywhere in the UK still? I can only find the new Total Active Prevention which is awful, horrible taste.

@ColgateUK I’ve been using The Colgate Total Original Toothpaste for years and it looks like the product has been replaced with The Colgate Total Active Prevention Original Toothpaste that comes with a new formula. It horrible and metallic tasting.

@ColgateUK I’ve been using total deep clean toothpaste for years, its always my No1. I’ve just seen on the shelf the new formula & I’ve tried it. It’s absolutely horrible, it’s so spicy & the taste isnt fresh. Also have they removed the foam element? I need another recommendation

@pnjnewell Unfortunately we didn't sell as much of this product as we hoped to, so we have stopped making it. We're so sorry - we know it's disappointing. You never know - it may come back in the future, but right now we have no plans to bring it back.

@ColgateUK Can you explain this please. I bought this box of Colgate looking like a normal size tube of toothpaste - when I open it there is a miniature tube? Surely your product and marketing department have more sense than to falsely represent the size by using a larger box?

@ColgateUK oh my life, I've used Colgate for over 50 years, the new formula Total tasted like I'd used disinfectant from under the kitchen sink, felt like it too. £7 wasted and need a new brand after all this time 😫 Reviews on Ocado say similar. What on earth have you done!

@ColgateUK I need to echo all the other people complaining about the new Total formula. It’s caused burning, sore & bruised gums, and now swollen burnt lips. Have always used Colgate, so didn’t know what was happening to my mouth - but it’s the toothpaste, this formula is agony!!
