I've been looking for ways to use Claude for more than 20 minutes at a time before hitting limits. Turns out the majority of what I’ve been using Sonnet for recently, refining articles on my site, Haiku handles just fine. Try Haiku before assuming you need the heavier models.

Claude is an unreal tool. These usage limits are getting ridiculous though.

You can’t go into an AI session with a narrative and expect the output to be objective. Be honest with yourself when you’re prompting, are you guiding the LLM down a path, or are you really giving it the facts to parse through without your own personal lens?

I don't think Anthropic is 2x'ing off-hour usage limits so much as they're halving usage limits during peak hours.

The tasks that quietly drain a solo operator aren't the big ones. It's the small stuff that piles up. I prompted Claude Cowork to check my inbox for Google Search Console errors from the last 48 hours. It read the emails, diagnosed the issues, fixed them on the backend, and pushed it live. One prompt. Done. Small tasks don't pile up if they disappear.

Anthropic is absolutely setting up to rug pull users if this is 2X usage 👀

@claudeai I watched a YouTube video talking about the Cosmic Event Horizon a while back. The rate Anthropic ships Claude features at feels a lot like that.

I’ve always thought of consciousness as a function of our senses. We’re aware because our biology needs us to be so that it can exist. Playing with Claude Console right now and thinking, will “Skills” be like senses for LLMs? No I’m not high.

You can just do stuff has never been more true. I thought I had FOMO reading about what AI coding was capable of. Now that I’m seeing how simple it is, the FOMO is cranked up to 10. The barriers to entry are nearly completely gone.

The barrier I always run into at a certain point in the businesses I start is removing myself as the primary operator. Dealing with everything myself just seems like the safest bet in terms of quality control especially. Ironically, trying to do too much by myself usually results in a lower quality experience for my customers. Aiming to delegate more in 2026.

Every major market correction I’ve lived through has had a fundamental societal level change vibe to it. It literally feels like the rug is being pulled and it’s all over, not just financially, but structurally. And then the market, and society, just resumes its trend upward. The social media age makes the gains less visible, but they’re still there. The same thing is going to happen here. It just doesn’t feel like it in the moment. Optimism will quietly win the day in the long run.

@JonhernandezIA You can do this reasonably well with Claude projects. You have to intentionally assign information to the project knowledge, so it’s not quite what Sam’s describing, but anyone who wants that functionality can come close with today’s Claude.

📁 Sam Altman says the real AI breakthrough will not be better reasoning, but total memory. An AI will be able to remember every conversation, email, and document across a person’s lifetime, identifying patterns and preferences humans never consciously express. Once memory becomes persistent, the idea of a personal assistant will fundamentally change.

Your life partner is the most important hire you will ever make. They can have more influence on your success than your degree, your network, or your skills. They can be your greatest competitive advantage or your single point of failure. Choose wisely.
