@WhirlpoolCare Reaching out to them is a real issue. Even when I got an automated dialed call back, I was in hold for 1 hour! Now the email they promised me by 3:30 yesterday afternoon has not arrived.

Hey @whirlpoolusa @WhirlpoolCorp this morning I already have an hour + trying to connect with Customer service both on line chat and phone about a warranty repair on my 8 week old dishwasher. Doesn't make me feel like you actually care about customers or service.
