No joke, Swiggy’s customer service is going downhill fast. I’ve been a loyal user since 2019 — never touched Zomato — and back then Swiggy actually solved problems instantly. Now their entire script is just ‘sorry for your problem, we’ll look into it next time.’ Next time? How about this time? Yesterday I was just browsing coupons, accidentally tapped ‘pay,’ and the order went through automatically. OTP confirmed, money gone, food on the way — all because my card was saved as default. Convenient, sure, but what if it’s a mistake? They don’t even let you cancel instantly anymore; they removed that one-minute cancellation window. @swiggyindia @swiggydesign this is broken. It’s happened to me multiple times, and every time your ‘support’ gives me nothing but robotic ‘are you with me?’ texts. That’s not customer service, that’s torture. Fix it.

I was browsing coupons when I accidentally tapped ‘pay,’ and the order went through automatically. OTP confirmed (automatically), money gone, food on the way — all because my card was saved as default. I tried to cancel the transaction, but still its got confirmed, and the order got placed. Later, I reached out to the support within a minute, and the rest you can see in the screenshot video.

What's the solution apart from leaving the Country? Can you change the government? Can you change the Press? Can you guarantee that the next leader (if anyone comes in the next 10 years) will be good? issues in India are not a 1 decade game, it will take min 2-3 decades more if we start things from today. What's the Solution? Because, as a Normal Citizen of India, trying to break the generational curses, no interest in politics was the Solution, apart from leaving the Country or waiting for "sache din". I dont want to listen Problem as I'm already doing it on YouTube, I wanta "Quick Solution".

If you own a car, you’re already in the top 10% of the population in terms of wealth. This is the level of income disparity in India.
