@hamko1114 @tchegr I think users have a right to expect that, with the “Use Preview Bounds” option and the “Scale Strokes & Effects” deselected, the transformation values they enter in the field will be accurate. However, Illustrator recalculates the final size based on the stroke weight.

I checked Sergey Osokin’s UV👀 I couldn’t reproduce the issue. Then I noticed—could “Use Preview Bounds” in the Align panel be enabled?
 When it’s on, “Transform Each” with absolute values can produce inconsistent numbers, and the same can happen in the Transform panel. This seems more like a design quirk than a bug.

@jctremblay We can painfully read the TrimBox tag from the file structure. But 1) The file must be saved first, 2) the TrimBox tag does not list all 4 values for the sides. You can see how imperfect my getBleed() function is.
