This is going to be a thread about my goals for 2023, this will be a pinned. I have created a spare one for my weight lost goals however, this is going to be all my goals publicly announced:

What have I been doing to get this weigh lost so far: No alcohol in the last month Not eating until 12pm most days, some days I fold 1 takeaway in the last month Meal prep

So far down 7kg this year! Didn’t start measuring on the scales until 92.6kg but currently weighing 87.7kg… goal is 82kg

Number one goal I want to do in 2023, is to loose weight… work out 5/6 a week and use STEPN but my diet is shocking so going to sort that out
