exactly 2 months ago, i interviewed for a solid web3 project hiring for content + BD + social. they gave me a detailed assignment, create a 7-week campaign strategy around an SVM collab, content, poster, fully fledged campaign, threads all, u name it i stayed up 2 nights building it. sent it fast. never heard back. if you’re asking candidates to do heavy assignments, at least: - keep it minimal - give feedback if they’re not moving forward - don’t ghost. it’s just basic respect. if anyone’s applying to similar roles, feel free to DM me. i’ll send you the campaign i built, it’s based you will get the job hahahah
