Tune in. Having markets being discussed going on in the background is helpful to many traders. Of course some prefer silence but staying in tune with macro and micro and your particular product you trade is best when hearing others perspective not just your own. My 2 cents

@MichaelPatak Your company has gone so far downhill lately. This is literally the last straw for me. I have been fucked over for thousands of dollars in the past 3 months with these absolutely ridiculous issues

Made a $200 loss on CPI today. @Topstep X recorded it as so. Yet Topstep have closed my accounts and are claiming slippage occurred. The trades were successfully recorded when they stopped. Just as they were on my other account. Topstep is literally fucking with its customers.

@MichaelPatak Right now we'd take a platform that works as advertised Absolute disgrace and nothing is being done to improve it or the sh*te customer service

I bet Topstep weasel their way out of this and say slippage was the issue. It's not. It's their platform and it recorded hitting the stop loss. I need to move to another Prop Firm. Who do you all recommend? @MichaelPatak

This is the most liquid time of the day and we can't rely on our platform of choice. TopstepX has been given the big talk for months and months and yet there's constantly these outages at the MOST IMPORTANT time of the day.

The response from your support is not good enough. It is not enough to cancel the trades between the outage issues. The whole day should be wiped. Issues with your platform cause doubt and other issues which cannot be solely boiled down to "between 9:15 and 9:40"

.@MichaelPatak @Topstep Your company is becoming a farce. Your team are waiting to fix a payment issue with the BUGGY as hell new dashboard. Lots of customers wanting to pay you money and your staff are refusing to take action quick enough. Absolute joke.

@MichaelPatak @Topstep Your customer support is hands down the worst I think I have ever experienced. I can't add a new card to pay for new combines after the latest Dashboard update. I've sent a message to support but I expect it'll take a minimum of 5 days to get a reply 🤬

@MichaelPatak @Topstep A feature request for the new dashboard please: Automatically select the last chosen Target Currency when requesting a payout. I've just requested 3 in GBP (my target currency) and 2 in USD by accident 🥲
