I am 18 years out my fatigue has never gotten better infact it’s gotten worse . It’s prob the number one thing many of us deal with . But yes rest is very important

What if the "mental health issues" plaguing athletes are actually physical brain injuries from contact sports and blast exposure? These medications might not be the answer for a damaged brain. It's time to see this as a physical injury, not just a mental health one.

As this states, they have known about repetitive head impacts causing CTE for decades. This is not a new problem they just didn't want you to know. And as this also states its not just in professional sport but all levels. Don't be fouled by the governing bodies of big sport

Wish my parents knew the dangers of me playing hockey when I was younger , there is no safe age to play . Put your children in safer sports it’s not worth the risk

Forget "tackle school" - perhaps it's time for @worldrugbymedia @WorldRugby to convene "HIA and RTP School" for all coaching and medical staff and invite rugby media too - A chance to explain how the HIA protocol is actually interpreted (no removal without clinical signs) 2/3
