@Janeblades2 @vintedUK I’ve now sent 23 msgs to Vinted req my £13 back. Over 30 days since carriers sd rtnd them to me. I’ve just had call frm Vinted, & was waiting for audio to connect then dead line. Vinted wilfully breached my contract with them. I now want compensation. DIABOLICAL. Press next call!

@CustomsRe5 @CustomerHelp__r @lgm_55 @vintedUK I agree mate, I had same bother a few months ago… Turkey special I thought they were genuine bought them and instead of a size 7 they were a 5 .. the guy then said you bought them as seen.I said it says a 7 on the box and the inside label . I did get money back.

Another day another set of fakes with @vintedUK doing nothing about it. Absolutely disgraceful that they allow fakes to be sold on their site. I’m asking you all to report any fakes you see as it just ruins the resale industry

Vinted changing their sizing parameters = WTF. Listings, search, home, etc are now such a mess. The experience is awful. And listings are literally misleading. Not sure what problem you think you were solving but you failed. @vintedUK

@ifey_da_wifey @vinted @vintedUK They always mention “buyer protection” but it would appear according to various Facebook groups that there are lots of sellers being scammed and Vinted are doing nothing even when there’s strong evidence. This will be even more barriers for the sellers in these cases
