What you're referring as Punjabi is a Majhi dialect. My dialect is Pothwari.
Pothwari (Pahari), Hindko, Multani, Jhangvi etc are all Lahndi Punjabi.
Before state propaganda, Hazarewaal identified their language as Punjabi.

Kashmiri language culture and tribes are totally different than Paharis.
Paharis are basically Northern Punjabis similar to Pothoharis and Hazarewaal.
