3K had a special visitor, Mr.Thomas, came to talk about his job as an engineer and how he demolishes buildings and rebuilds them. Kids were engaged and asked many questions. Mr.Thomas gave all the children a construction vehicle to take home. @SuzyGoldstein @nycdistrict30

Pizza with the Principal today was a success! It was so lovely to get to know our parents better which helped us learn even more about their children! Our lunch together was followed by our parent engagement activity, culminating in a beautiful day!

The 3K children had a wonderful time learning to play the drums called Djembre. This special presentation was hosted by Musical I.Q.

Gung Hay Fat Choi, or Happy New Year! This year is the year of the horse. District 30 3K/PreK centers celebrated the Lunar New Year with a hallway parade and by wearing the color red to symbolize good luck.

Today we had a special presentation with Musical IQ! We had a special drumming class and we learned how to play the Djembe! #prekfoall @nycdistrict30

Our Pre-K students added traffic signs to the blocks in order to build a bridge during their hands on learning about signs!
