Not recalling a single time a friendly hunter would get punished, it should be completely impossible, its more of a moral thought, bcs it technically disrupts the regular match for the people that want to play the actual match.

After all free will is free will, and I think people should absolutely play how they want to. But the reason I made this tweet is cuz some ppl see regular players as “sweats” for just playing the game and not being friendly. Hunting is abt hunting, being friendly is optional.

@Yoshinoritagi Making the calibration area smaller wouldnt rlly change much, since anyone can get used to it, but having more frequent calibs would be a buff to decoding on the other hand, but I think they will keep his decoding and probably nerf his dash/slowdown to let his spam his stuff.

@vampyre0chant He is playing the gamemode intended way. Being a friendly hunter is considered a negative play, which is punishable by netease. Plus no one should tell anyone how to play, especially if they are morally wrong about it.

complaining abt duo strats is pointless cuz im pretty sure those double teaming hunters and aggressive survivors arent playing duos cuz they like playing fair. they ARE pieces of shit but thats exactly why they wanna play duos. duos is the evil gamemode

@Yoshinoritagi @D3SL3SS Tbh, they just win more because survivors in duo don't really decode when you start meeting survivors above mamooth. They go for rescuing and supporting. Leaving ciphers stuck at 4

like 8 out of 10 times when hunters double team at 7 ciphers, this is what endgame will look like. One person ever chaired, both hunters still going after just him, while everyone else is getting out scot free. No cipher pressure at all = ciphers get done FAST!

Important note is that when you match in 2v8, half of your survivors are gonna be hounds/elks that dont know the basics of this game, so this is how most hunters win, simply cuz matchmaking doesnt match you accordingly

@Yoshinoritagi 4.8s football is enough to lose a base movement hunter, healing pill adjustments I consider a buff, since the rescue buff is a crazy camp counter for just 2.5k points, a lot of survivors heal via bots/dovlins

initial bogus should either only be used to buy potions for both factions or let hunters buy balls too or just dont give survivors bogus bags cuz what is that like legit thats beyond broken, literally the most survivor sided gamemode, its not even close, nothing compensates.

@Yoshinoritagi 2v8 after giving each survivor bogus bag that lets them buy full football after a 40s kite with 3hp: Literally cant express with words how brainless of an idea was that. Why not give hunters the ability to buy balls too then? Cuz if you are slow moving hunter, full football is gg

@enisvisser Its ridicilous how bad player can be as a 2v8 survivor, but items, 3 hp, and multiple surv help can completely carry them, while then that person can play 1v4 and literally cannot do good. Yeah its a fun gamemode, it was never meant to be serious. But yeah skill isnt required.

u can tell when someone only plays duo hunters by how well they kite

@plitkinya Crazy how common it is for people to dislike coa 6 and to like coa 7. Imo coa 7 was beyond peak, I love the horror aspect of it, its literally terrifying, thats why I absolutely love it.

@prisonetta this is absolutely true though, the design of the character, their looks and their ability is definitely the main reason why ppl play what they play, so characters like aero dont get attention as much

@D3SL3SS i get your point about our server being smaller, but i mentioned that other games have this problem too because of it; in games with characters with different abilities like overwatch people will still hate the unattractive/alternative ones even if they're meta

it's really sad how even when a character is at the top of the meta for years, they're still extremely unpopular in the fanbase. this isn't just a problem with idv either. sangria has been on top for almost 3 years now but no one even pretends to care about her beyond that

Imo some ppl will like this, some ppl like that, it all comes down to preferences. Some people might dislike some gameplay, certain design, the difficulty etc.. But at the end of the day, we are much smaller server than some other servers, so thats most likely at blame here.

@prisonetta Back in 2021, wildling went through adjustments that made him beyond SS tier, he was run in almost every team comp on the other servers, for many reasons. I remember playing wildling back then, he was crazy strong, yet most of Na/Eu didnt bother. Similar case with prenerf aero.

@Kami_ramk Pretty much, also lets not forget hiding doesnt work against some hunters like naiad that literally covers huge area and essentially forces the hidden survivor to move, peepers, hullas clones and more, fun house imo is the only somewhat reliable place where u can try to hide

@D3SL3SS I'm peak tier player so unless you're a minds eye. high tier hunters won't fall easily for a basic hiding meanwhile it's much easier in dbd
