A farmer buys a young cock. As soon as he gets it home, it f*cks all the farmer's 150 hens. The farmer is impressed. At lunch the cock screws all 150 hens again. The next day it's f*cking the ducks and geese too. Later he finds the cock lying on the ground half-dead with vultures circling overhead. The farmer says, “You deserved it, you horny bastard!” The cock opens one eye, points up, and says, “Shhhhhh. They’re about to land!!”

How much does the ER actually cost if you don't have insurance? He's American without health insurance. He spent two nights in the ER last week. Here's what it cost. First, the why. The cheapest plan he qualified for was $800-$900/month. That's $10K-$11K a year before he sees a dollar of benefit, and the plan still has a hefty deductible on top. He's 26, healthy, no chronic issues. The math didn't work. So he went without. Then he ended up in the ER for two days. Here's the bill: → ER visit: ~$5,000 → Observation stay: ~$6,000 → Labs, imaging, the rest: keeps going → Total charges: $22,000 Seems insane, right? Here's what he actually paid: $2,400. The hospital discounted $19,600 off the bill because he was paying cash. The "real" price was about 11% of the sticker. Which raises the obvious question: who IS paying the $22,000? Because if a hospital can take $2,400 and walk away satisfied, that's what the care actually costs. Everything above that is built for someone else — the insurance company, the negotiated rate, the rebate game. The uninsured cash price is closer to the truth than the insured "covered" price almost every time. Same thing happens at the pharmacy counter. The cash price on most generics is a fraction of what gets billed through insurance. People just never see it because the copay hides the markup.

🚨 California Passed "The Stop Nick Shirley Act": This week the California Assembly passed AB 2624. This bill will criminalize investigative journalism involving the immigrant population. It would have made it illegal to expose the Somali "Learing" center if it were in California or the Armenian hospice fraud in LA if they claimed "reasonable fear." The bill protects "immigration support services providers," which means services provided to immigrants, including health care. It has been proven that millions, potentially billions, of dollars in fraud has taken place in "immigrant support services” which includes nonprofits and NGOs the state funds. California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating it as they could be forced and sued to remove the video, forced to pay attorney fees, and ordered to pay a minimum of $4,000 in damages. This bill was created by Mia Bonta (the attorney general's wife). She has made 4 separate versions of this bill because each version violates the 1st Amendment and is extremely unconstitutional. Plain and simple, California politicians need the fraud to continue because they depend on the fraud to push their agendas. END ALL THE FRAUD.

The best exercise for the brain you’ve probably never seen. According to Michael J. Lavery’s book “Whole Brain Power”, using a 4-pound sledge hammer to bounce a golf ball up and down dramatically amplifies both your neurological and physical demands Massive Central Nervous System (CNS) Activation The sheer weight of a 4-lb sledge forces the CNS to fire at a much higher intensity. To keep a lively golf ball bouncing on a heavy, rigid piece of steel, your brain has to send incredibly powerful, rapid-fire signals to your muscles. This level of resistance forces maximum motor unit recruitment, teaching your nervous system to fire more efficiently under tension. Elite Grip and Forearm Strength Lavery heavily emphasizes the link between hand/grip strength and brain health, viewing the hands as the direct external extension of the central nervous system. Bouncing a ball requires a loose, reactive wrist to absorb and redirect impact, but holding a 4-lb hammer requires immense isometric grip strength. Managing that weight leverages extreme stress onto the forearms, wrists, and fingers, building dense, functional grip strength that standard lifting rarely touches. Accelerated Neuroplasticity via Forced Focus With a light hammer, you can cheat the movement or rely on casual reflexes. With a 4-lb sledge, there is zero room for error. The high penalty for a missed bounce (the heavy hammer dropping or completely throwing off your rhythm) forces the brain into a state of hyper-vigilance and deep cognitive focus. This intense concentration triggers a higher release of acetylcholine and dopamine, the exact neurotransmitters required to stimulate neuroplasticity and forge new neural pathways. Overcoming Hemispheric Dominance (Ambidexterity) When you transition the 4-lb sledge to your non-dominant hand, the challenge scales exponentially. Because the non-dominant hemisphere of your brain isn't used to managing that much weight combined with fine motor precision, the drill forces rapid communication across the corpus callosum (the bridge connecting the left and right sides of the brain). It quickly exposes and corrects deep-seated muscular and neurological imbalances between your two sides. Cortical Mapping and Joint Stability Holding a heavy weight at the end of a lever arm requires all the stabilizing micro-muscles in your wrist, elbow, and shoulder rotator cuff to fire simultaneously. This builds incredible joint integrity while expanding your brain’s "cortical map"—its internal blueprint of where your body is in space (proprioception). Benefits: - Maximum Central Nervous System Recruitment - Dense Grip and Forearm Strength - Forced Cognitive Focus & Neuroplasticity - Rapid Dual-Hemisphere Brain Activation - Enhanced Proprioception & Joint Integrity - Growth Hormone (GH) and Testosterone - “ Fountain of Youth" Endorphins - Dopamine and Acetylcholine - Insulin Sensitivity and Blood Sugar Regulation

Help me understand America. Why is it that liberal athletes are celebrated for speaking out politically, while conservative athletes are criticized for doing the same thing? When athletes supported Obama, they were praised by the media, corporations, sports leagues, and Hollywood. Nobody called it “dangerous” or “polarizing.” The same thing happened in 2016, when many athletes attended Hillary Clinton rallies, publicly supported her, and openly campaigned for her. But when conservative athletes express their opinions, they are told to stay quiet, while liberal athletes are applauded for doing the exact same thing. Americans can see the double standard.

Everything I do (in my medical practice) is 100% cash. I have no interest in an insurance company telling me how much I should make based on their random criteria. If I wanna see a patient for an hour, then I’ll see a patient for an hour. I’m not going to let Insurance company tell me ‘oh we’re only gonna pay you $50 for that visit.’ We are only going to pay you for one diagnosis, regardless of how many you speak with the patient about. I’m not going to let them say ‘hey this patient doesn’t meet criteria for an MRI so we’re not gonna cover it.’ They know nothing about the patient and simply use either AI or a low education person following a checklist to determine whether or not your lab/imaging/procedure is going to get financially covered. American health insurance is a scam and really only necessary for catastrophic injuries There ‘up charge’ rates are so ridiculous. At the end of the day, they’re in the business of healthcare, they don’t care about your health. They care about one thing: PROFIT. You’re just the ends to their means. You want to actually take care of your health? Find a doctor that actually cares. Not one that ‘happens to be in my network.’ Who will spend 30-60 minutes with you extensively analyzing your labs, your hormones, your diet, your exercise regiment. It will be the best money you’ve spent. ‘Traditional’ medicine has turned you in a ‘number.’ One of 25 to 35 numbers every day. When you just become a number then you have to step back and take matters into your own hands. It’s time to take your health back. Quality of life >>> If someone wants to do a deep dive into their health, with knowledge and experience with finding the ‘root cause’ of your medical issues (gut, mitochondrial, nutritional deficiencies, genetics etc) who is also leading the charge in both peptides and stem cells - the future of medicine - I’m happy to help. Yes I’m taking new patients and I do telemedicine visits.

Intentionally covering up the Nazi tattoo on the adult dating site profile with the mirror selfie. Interesting move from someone who claimed he didn’t know he had a Nazi chest tattoo. Of course he knew what it was. Democrats top Maine senate candidate is a Nazi adulterer.
