Still having a hard time reconciling new RBBB/LAFB but normal LBBB. But he had a self expanding valve so didn’t seem prudent after that episode to let him leave without a PM

I’m sure we are putting in lots of unnecessary pacemakers. But also probably lots of unnecessary TAVRs in the first place 😂

@MustafaAhmedMD Quite the case! For my own learning, why did you go after the RCA lesion instead of staging it for a later time after the successful BAV left main and LAD interventions?

PEA arrest in clinic waiting room. ACLS, shock, drips, echo. EF 20%, severe AS➡️Cathlab stat. BAV,PCI LM,LAD,Ostial RCA, 45 mins. Discharged day 7. EF 40%. Rapidly addressed reversible causes. No Impella (or IABP) in case. Useful? Maybe, but not default till proven otherwise.
