$DTC We first launched Datacoin in 2013 as one of the first decentralized, on-chain data storage networks.
At a time when blockchains were used almost exclusively for payments, Datacoin explored a different idea: permanent, verifiable data storage secured by consensus.
Welcome to a new phase of Datacoin.
What changes is the infrastructure. Datacoin enters its net phase with a production-grade chain, modern developer tooling, and the throughput required for real-world usage.

Datacoin is entering this next phase with a fundamentally different execution layer.
The original Datacoin proved that consensus-secured data persistence was possible.
This relaunch focuses on making it usable at scale.
This time around we're using state compression (Concurrent Merkle Trees+ZK proofs) to store data blobs verifiably on-ledger while compressing states (up to 600×–24,000× cheaper for large datasets like NFTs). Only Merkle roots live in active accounts; full data is ledger-verified.
