In my opinion, @billions_ntwk is not a scam. The project itself has real potential, but the way roles were distributed created a big mess that is now hurting genuine contributors. Javi openly sold roles to his X subscribers, and by the time @HeyAverno stepped in, it was already too late to fully clean up the situation (roles to people who had paid for them instead of earning them through real work) in my owning during snapshots roles became meaningless as part of the criteria. @monitalan repeatedly told the community that ambassador selection was based on bring more human and actively building the @billions_ntwk ecosystem. She can challenge us by showing one ambassador with 5 referrals or either an ambassador with 30K+ power points. The message was clear the focus should be on genuine community growth and value creation, not titles or shortcuts. However, after the leaderboard was deployed, the truth became obvious, Almost no ambassadors appear in the top 100. This clearly shows that many role holders contributed very little or nothing at all to the ecosystem, despite holding prestigious positions. It is time to hold the team accountable with facts than insults, those who simply bought roles were ineligible even if you managed to get discord role through genuine contributions from the beginning and should not be rewarded billions focused on rewarding the real builders (In app activity) people who actually brought new humans into the ecosystem through consistent effort, engagement, and value addition. Out of approximately 11 moderators, only about 3 were actively giving attention to community members and creating posts. The rest remain mostly silent. Real value will always be greater than paid titles. @billions_fdn @CoinMarketCap Prices are being pumped to trick the community into staking Bill, which cannot be claimed via the ETH bridge to Billion. By October, it will definitely be down 95%. This constitutes a pump crime.

Some people were like, what’s the point of a giveaway when the $BILL is locked for 6 months and price can go anywhere. And yeah, that’s fair. But this isn’t about the price at all. It’s not even real money in hand right now. It’s just that a lot of you used my referral and supported along the way. That’s the only reason that allocation even came. So instead of waiting 6 months and then deciding based on price, just felt better to give something back now. That’s it.

🚨Disclaimer: This post intention is mainly to criticize and not defaming. Today I am officially stepping down as an Ambassador on @billions_ntwk But before I go I’d like to address a lot of issues that I am uncomfortable with regarding to how the Billions community was and is being treated If what I am about to say, triggers the team in some sort of way to cancel my 29000+ $BILL as stated in their T&Cs on the claim server, i don’t mind. However it will only solidify what I am about to say. It might be a long read, but since we have been talking, and we are not being heard, let me bring it to the class here. 1. The Marketing PR ( For boost & Engagement ) > The Billions team directly exploited their community’s energy, effort and time promoting their platform in Web3 and promising rewards, even went ahead doing presale on their token on Kaito majorly capitalizing on every trending update in CT, but at the end couldn’t live up to their own terms and conditions which was CONSTANTLY being changed. Personally, the idea of presale on Kaito was a very bad move because I felt like after NFT1 and NFT2 why doing presale? even after raising 30 million dollars… was it because they were chasing after the next shiny trendy thing? > Now when it came to rewarding the community, they intentionally(as usual with almost all WEB3 projects) favored their investors region ( you all know the exact specifics), giving more allocation to those who identified from that region even if they didn’t put in the work, as long as they are from there, yeh let’s give it to them (long term supporters) > However if they want to market, they will come to the whole CT. The vulnerable CT especially Africans, will work tirelessly to amplify their updates only to be called the usual “FARMERS” . > Oh well the marketing team prioritized this and took advantage of this opportunity to GAME the whole CT, so they can amplify their brand and number metrics ( to me it’s vanity). > Then at the end of the day, dismissed 95% with “Ineligibility” > The same blueprint with 99% of Web3 projects, when they need massive engagement and support to get high numbers they come to Africa or pay KOLs to shill to their community and the ones left with craps are YOU and I. Then they will all clamor “Global recognition” when it’s all paid engagement. Why don’t you market to those who you’ll prioritize and give the most at the end? Oh well they say, It’s the game. 2. Billions Terms and Conditions (Staking and Rewards) > In a highly decentralized space like web3, it is highly possible for people to do what they like, devs do what they want, community do what they want. But when it comes to BILLIONS T&Cs it’s OUTRAGEOUS!!! > Their marketable Tokenomics was that oh 100% of tokens will be available on TGE date, then later on they changed to 40% allocation to the community while 6.75% will be available TGE, only for the T&C’s to be changed on TGE with stringent staking rules and regulations on ‘Users eligibility’ > The tip of the iceberg here is the ‘COMPULSORY STAKING’ , since 23000 out of 1 million+ users and community members were rewarded why making them Claim and stake? That is not a Decentralized Move. It was such deceptive behavior that made me quit. I still appreciate the tech esp the agentic approach and the community support.
