So… 17 weeks after my ankle break & 14 weeks after surgery… with the help of nine screws, two metal plates, five casts, two crutches, one boot, some lovely medics, considerate colleagues, an amazing family & a v understanding other half… I’m finally walking again (just)! ☺️

Back to it this morning with a bit of kitchen broadcasting into @SkyNews complete with orange cast … unfortunately my ankle break was complex & I needed surgery. That got delayed because I caught covid 🙀 On one leg for a few more weeks yet, but thankfully on the mend.
