@Drunken_People@tjmotobs It literally has the judgment at the bottom of the document. It was dismissed with the option for the filing of an amended complaint and if the amended one is not filed it’ll all be dismissed.
Motocross has no journalists.
There’s not one single story in Racer X, Swap, etc about this major Moreau vs Feld lawsuit despite the court documents being publicly available. They’d rather just talk about the color of a rider’s gear.

@Drunken_People So while I don’t necessarily disagree that he didn’t get appropriate care it’s going to be very hard to prove that the level of care worsened or didn’t stop his injury when it was likely already done and the level of care wouldn’t have changed it. Morally wrong maybe but legally?
Update (as far as I can find) on the Brian Moreau/Feld lawsuit. Looks like Feld trying to say they did no wrong and are trying to get it dismissed. Thats shady AF

@Drunken_People And it also is saying there is no way of telling if not stopping free practice put him further at risk of injury which since he didn’t get injured further as a result of another rider that’s probably going to be hard for Brian to prove.
@Drunken_People It doesn’t look like they’re trying to say they did no wrong it looks like they’re saying there is no way to prove that the level of care he received furthered the severity of his injury or if the injury was done fully during the crash.
@JasonWeigandt I agree with your take but in this case ESPN would be media using it. To be an apples to apples comparison wouldn’t you need the NBA to be sharing clips of the fight to compare to SMX being the ones sharing the clips?
