I had a card listed on eBay for 4 dollars. Someone offered me 2. I don’t even negotiate at that point, straight decline. If you are wanting 50 % off a 4 dollar card you can kick rocks. Opinions? @CardPurchaser

Behind The Scenes Update: Just a glimpse into “OldManStyleCards”. Our house is less than 2000 sq feet and my wife gave me half the inside of our closet. It’s controlled chaos, but it’s my nostalgic heaven. Still building it out, walls, shelves, etc…(those are empty wax boxes),

I got the big boy, Ambien 12.5mg. Been on it for 10 years. Cant sleep without it. I fall asleep about 90 minutes after taking it. Usually get about 6hours out of it. I started on Trazodone. It was okay but not as good as Ambien. Trazodone is also prescribed for su!c!dal patients.

@Detective51 Hey, what sleeping pill you on? Over the counter stuff or did you have a prescription? I just got prescribed Trazodone; haven't tried it yet but hoping that stuff will knock my ass out 😂

Seller sells and ships a Goodwin Champs Michael Jordan auto PSA dual 10. Buyer claims an empty box received. eBay sides with the buyer and refunds $50K back to him. What are your thoughts on this situation? How can you protect yourself as a seller from this happening? Buyers seem to get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to eBay. Just overall, a very unfortunate situation

@LememeJames Man, grammar and spelling started getting hard for me as I was typing that out last night before falling asleep. Sleeping pill was doing its thing!

Okay this is overkill, here’s what I do: I use my indoor ring cam mounted on my desk to document and record every card and condition before it goes into the package and after its sealed up. I do this with every single card every single time. I then turn on a small body cam that is attached to my shirt while still on the ring cam carry the packages out to my truck. They never leave frame. I drive them to the post office and in addition I also take photos as the person at the post office scans them in and takes possession of them. With camera still on, I leave and drive away shutting camera off after I’m a few miles away. There is never a moment where they can say that a card was taken out of the box by me, or not in the box from the moment I package it until the post office has it in their possession. I’ve never lost a “package not received case”, I do this even if it’s a $5 card on Twitter and even if just shipping with PWE. And it only costs a couple dollars a month to gather all the evidence and protect yourself from idiots. eBay is dumb founded when you can provide them with all this documentation. I’m a retired detective and this common practice of mine comes from years of seeing how victims are scammed in various transactions from financial crimes to violent. I a retired detective I do the things that I wish other would have done to protect themselves. If you’ve done a deal with me on Twitter, you already know I send you a video of your card being put in packaging and a video of it being dropped in the mail. You go to protect yourself out their guts.

I have a few PC collections growing, one including tigers autographed cards- could be world series champs, could be pennate winners, could be small role players i grew up watching, could be current... but finding some of the guys i want

I’ve finally completed my goal of collecting card autos from all 25 players that were on the 2016 Chicago Cubs Championship World Series roster This was not an easy collection to complete Now I just need to build a custom display for them @Cubs @SetupManKyle @realcubsinsider

Man I’ve got several extra, I can get you half way there. A fun thing about going this collection is that you can always find a better card to upgrade another card if you find one you like better. Then you can just keep the extras, sell them, or trade with a fellow collector who looking for a player you have a second auto of. Anything I sell goes for what I paid for it, to the next guy. And I spend a lot of time searching for deals, so I just pass that forward to fellow Cubs fans doing the same thing. Such a fun hobby.

Which will probably turn into all 25 on roster knowing me. We live in Ky, went to a cubs convention in 2025, was so much fun!
