@Wit_Locked [I laugh] You were a pro like you always are.

@DeviantCaptain *As the life drained from him she tossed the body in a nearby dumpster. And lighting it on fire. Before joining Peter on the roof* “ how was that darlin’?”

@Wit_Locked [I let out a chuckle when one tried to stab you with knife. I kept watch over you as you fed from the human, seeing that his life was slipping away by how his movements were getting sluggish and slow.]

@DeviantCaptain The more his adrenaline rose making the blood practically spiked.*

@Wit_Locked [I glance at where the sounds of a fight comes from and wait and listen to see if it escalates.]

@DeviantCaptain *her normally crimson eyes inked black with hunger she scanned the area. Her ears open for the sounds of any screams or violence. When the sounds of a fight caught her attention. She watched for a moment to determine if it was just a random bar fight or something more.*

@Wit_Locked [I follow behind her, also jumping onto the roof of the building and leans against the wall] Indeed.

@DeviantCaptain *As she reached their usual hunting spot she jumped landing gracefully up on the roof of the building the wind blowing gently through her dark curls* “And now... we wait.”

@Wit_Locked [I let her take the lead but I keep my eyes on her at all times. I always had and would continue to do so.]

@DeviantCaptain Maria would start acting a fool and try to come after them again.*

@Wit_Locked Of course I’ll come with you. Lead the way darlin’.

@DeviantCaptain “Come with me ta hunt darlin’? I know ya fed already but I could use a bite.” *she tilted her head slightly*

@Wit_Locked [I chuckle and nod] Yes that sounds like a great plan to me.

@DeviantCaptain Up the property.” She stated knowing he’d pick up what she really meant.

@Wit_Locked [I flash her a smile] We could but we will have to do it on the spur of the moment as not to alert the pixie.

@DeviantCaptain *she squeezed his hand and began rubbing his back in comfort. She knew Peter was hurting. He missed his brother in arms. And every time that Pixie kept him from Texas it only hurt more.* “Well... maybe we can go up ta see him! Is your knower tellin ya we can’t?”

@Wit_Locked I fully agree with you Char. But there are only so many times I can tell him. He has to come to that thinking on his own. [sighing]

@DeviantCaptain “Besides aren’t her visions subjective? Why not just tell ‘im so he can decide to do somethin else?”

@Wit_Locked Apparently she had “visions” of it happening. [I roll my eyes ] If she wasn’t his mate I’d try and lure him back to our way of living.

@DeviantCaptain “Aww no! Did he slip again? There has ta be an easier way Peter, but it hurts me more seein them treat ‘im like a dog every time he messes up accordin to THEIR beliefs.” Char couldn’t help feeling her heartbreak for her sire. She tried focusing on the comfort Peter offered her.

@Wit_Locked [I take her hand in mine and squeeze it gently] I spoke to him a few days ago. He did mention trying to visit but yes she has him on a short leash.

@DeviantCaptain *she nodded and held out a petite hand towards him. She’d hunt later, once the ache dissipated fully.* “Have ya heard from him Peter? Will he come visit soon? Or is the pixie-pire keepin him all locked up again?”

@Wit_Locked [I observe your actions and give a nod of my head] I have actually. Fed off a few humans that were intending on doing evil.

@DeviantCaptain *subtly she rubbed her chest where her heart’s ache finally relieved at his return.* “Much better Suga where have ya been? Huntin again?”

@Wit_Locked [I let out a chuckle] How’s it going darlin’?
